I'm now sporting a professional yog mat to my classes. By having the same mat as our instructor, I kinda feel more confident. Mine's different color though.
I'm really enjoying my practice. My practice has improved. I can do more poses with more confidence. I really see the difference, what a great feeling. I think he knew what he was talking about. I'll try calling him tomorrow.
